Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on:

  • Fridays

  • Official public holidays in Egypt

During collection launches, seasonal drops, or periods of high demand, processing times may extend slightly. In such cases, we will keep you informed.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship:

  • Within Egypt

If your destination is not available at checkout, please contact us at support@konwear.com.


Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times begin after dispatch, not after order placement.

  • Egypt: 2–4 business days

Delivery times may vary due to:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • External factors beyond our control

KON Wear cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.


Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility

  • These charges are set by local authorities and are not controlled by KON Wear


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

KON Wear is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Failed delivery attempts due to unavailable recipients

If an order is returned to us due to address issues or failed delivery, the customer may be responsible for additional reshipping fees.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears delayed or lost:

  • Contact the courier first using the provided tracking number

  • If unresolved, email support@konwear.com

While we will assist where possible, KON Wear is not liable for delays or losses caused by third-party shipping providers.


Damaged Packages During Transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the package and contents

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@konwear.com

We will review the case and advise on next steps.


Changes to This Policy

KON Wear reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time.
Changes will be posted on this page and apply to orders placed after the update date.
