At KON Wear, each piece is created as wearable art — drawn by hand, crafted with intention, and produced in limited quantities. While we hope every order resonates deeply, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary.

This policy explains when and how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled.


Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from odors

  • The item is returned in its original condition

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be approved.


Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage caused by the customer


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@konwear.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos (required for damaged or incorrect items)

Our team will review your request and respond with return approval and instructions if eligible.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

KON Wear is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.


Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are not refunded

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to receive a different size, color, or product:

  • Please return the original item following the return process

  • Place a new order separately once your return is approved


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact support@konwear.com within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging

Once verified, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.


Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

Orders that are:

  • Refused by the customer

  • Not collected

  • Returned due to failed delivery attempts

May be subject to:

  • Deduction of shipping and handling fees

  • Additional reshipping charges if requested


Policy Updates

KON Wear reserves the right to update or modify this Returns & Refunds Policy at any time.
Changes will apply to orders placed after the updated date is published.
