Are your sweatshirts limited edition?
Yes. Each KON sweatshirt is released in small batches. We believe in slow creation, every print is hand-drawn and every drop is intentionally produced.
Once a design sells out, it’s rarely restocked in the same form, making each garment unique.
What materials do you use?
We use premium Egyptian cotton, chosen for its softness, durability, and breathable feel.
Many garments feature double-layered organic cotton for extra structure and comfort, especially in our basic sweatshirts.
Is each print really hand-drawn?
Absolutely. Each artwork starts as a hand-drawn illustration by Jasmine, the co-founder and artist behind KON.
These illustrations are then translated into fabric prints, creating a wearable art piece that carries both emotion and intention
Will my item look exactly like the photo?
Due to the hand-crafted and small-batch nature of KON pieces, slight variations may occur.
These aren’t flaws, they’re proof of originality and the human touch behind each garment.
How long does shipping take?
We offer fast & free shipping within Egypt. International shipping times may vary by location and will be displayed at checkout.
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your item is on its way.
Can I return or exchange my order?
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from odors
- The item is returned in its original condition
- All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be approved.

How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on:
- Fridays
- Official public holidays in Egypt
During collection launches, seasonal drops, or periods of high demand, processing times may extend slightly. In such cases, we will keep you informed.
